Your Mandate
You will be accountable for:
- Closing high-value direct partnerships with utilities, telcos, banks, e-wallets, transport operators, fintechs, and large retail chains Development
- Increasing net revenue margins by renegotiating MDRs, commissions, and settlement terms
- Reducing aggregator dependency through direct integrations wherever commercially viable
- Driving measurable transaction growth across the kiosk network
- Identifying high-frequency, high-margin services and prioritizing them for rollout
This is a revenue ownership role — not a coordination role.
What You Will Be Measured On
- Revenue growth contribution by partner category
- Margin improvement vs. aggregator-led transactions
- Number and value of direct integrations closed
- Commission uplift achieved through renegotiation
- Transaction volume growth from newly onboarded partners
- Contribution to network-level unit economics
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in fintech, banking, telecom, payments, or high-growth digital platforms in Pakistan
- Proven track record of closing revenue-generating partnerships
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated commission uplift or commercial wins
- Deep understanding of Pakistan’s payments ecosystem (Raast, bill aggregators, EMIs, telcos, utilities)
- Comfortable working with Legal, Finance, and Tech teams to structure and execute complex commercial agreements
- High ownership mindset — you think in revenue, margins, and growth
