About the Role

2Pay is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to drive visibility, adoption, and transaction growth across our cash payment kiosk network. This role focuses on increasing transactions per kiosk, strengthening brand trust among unbanked and underbanked users, and maximizing ROI through data-driven marketing and on-ground activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (on-ground, digital, SMM, influencer campaigns)
  • Drive kiosk-level growth and improve performance of low/medium-performing sites
  • Lead marketing analytics, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
  • Oversee kiosk branding, POSM, activations, and vendor management
  • Supervise creative/design execution ensuring brand consistency
  • Manage website, SEO, and AI-driven optimization initiatives
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence reviews
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Recommend kiosk relocations based on performance insights

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of marketing experience (Fintech/payments preferred)
  • Strong expertise in SMM, influencer marketing, and performance marketing
  • Experience in field marketing and activation campaigns
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Website management, SEO, and AI tool proficiency
  • Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership and execution capability in fast-scaling environments
  • Advanced English communication skills
