We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial operations, regulatory compliance, and financial planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, strengthening internal controls, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving long-term sustainable growth.

- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and audits
- Ensure compliance with SECP, SBP, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital planning
- Develop financial models to support business growth and investment decisions
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Implement internal financial controls and risk management frameworks
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence processes
- Lead and mentor the finance team
Eligibility Criteria
- CA / ACCA / CFA / ICMA qualified (CA preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services
- Strong knowledge of SBP regulations and financial compliance requirements
- Experience in financial planning, risk management, and fundraising
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
