About the Role

2Pay is seeking a strategic and media-savvy Public Relations Manager to lead our corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement efforts. This role will strengthen brand credibility, increase positive media visibility, and position 2Pay as a trusted leader in digital payments and financial inclusion across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cost-effective PR strategies to build brand and product awareness
• Manage media relationships with journalists, editors, and key Pakistani outlets
• Draft and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, and media briefs
• Lead crisis communication and reputational risk management
• Position CEO and Head of Commerce as thought leaders through interviews and speaking engagements
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and share of voice
• Coordinate PR support for product launches, partnerships, and city expansions
• Organize events and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Manage internal communications to ensure consistent messaging

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of PR experience (Fintech, payments, or emerging markets preferred)
• Strong media networking and relationship management skills in Pakistan
• Proven expertise in crisis communication and corporate messaging
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with strong judgment and discretion
• Experience in regulated or fast-scaling environments
• Data-driven approach to monitoring media metrics and public sentiment
• Advanced English proficiency
